with an individual I know I can talk to and count on to help me when I am struggling with certain situations in my life. It provides me with another person I know I can turn to and they will help me in any way they can. It is always good to have another person that can guide you through life.

cope psychologically. Knowing that I have someone that will be there for me when I need them is a huge benefit of having an Advisor. Knowing that someone else cares and only thinks of my well-being is one of the most helpful things.
